Emily Lowe is an acrylic painter exploring the diversity of our local environment through colourful landscapes and botanical studies. Having lived in the region her entire life has immensely influenced her creative practice. Emily strives for a high level of detail in her work in an attempt to pay homage to the indigenous flora and fauna of the region.

Walking through Emily’s studio is a celebration of the local ecology and an insightful taste of how her works are created. Prolific and incredibly driven, Emily always has a painting on the easel and walls full of colourful works. With such diverse depiction of subject matter and her cherished tools on display it is easy to connect with her viewers.
