James is first and foremost a stills photographer, with an interest in form, texture and shape. James is currently working on a series of botanical images, showing the structural framework of everyday plant’s leaves, and printing these larger than life. He also has an ongoing love of Architectural photography, and continues to work in this space. Both of these genres feed the final piece of the puzzle which is fine art digital printing… an art form in itself.

In the studio you will discover all the processes involved in creating one of these highly detailed macro images, from concept through to the final print. You’ll also see some beautiful vintage photography equipment.
